Refund policy

Returns/Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy. We will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items purchased between November 22-December 24 will be eligible for an extended 60-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from Hickory and Elm and be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable). In some cases, we may require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping is non-refundable. We will not be able to refund the shipping cost of your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If/when your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. You will receive the full value of your original purchase price (not including shipping).

Please note: Personalized items with spelling or typographical errors may be eligible for return/exchange only if the error is ours. Please check and double check your spelling, punctuation, dates, etc. on personalized items before submitting. If you discover an error within a short time of your order being placed, please email us at jennifer@hickoryandelm.com with the subject line CORRECTION.

Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jennifer@hickoryandelm.com and we will send you instructions for exchanging your item.

Return shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3513 Elm Drive, Temple TX 76502, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipping your items back to us. It helps everyone sleep better at night!

 

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days.

For Christmas gift orders, please place your order before December 15 in order to ensure timely delivery.
